Kern and Konica Minolta agree to cooperate on the Czech market

Kern SAS, the Kern Group's subsidiary based at Niederhergheim in France, and Konica Minolta (at its Brno site in the Czech Republic) have now concluded a marketing cooperation agreement.

As Rainer Rindfleisch, Kern's Head of International Marketing, pointed out when the agreement was being signed, the two companies intend to work closely together in the future. This exclusive agreement covers the Kern EasyMailer.

The cooperation arrangement will benefit from both firms' excellent knowledge of their markets, which coincide to some extent: Kern will contribute its expertise as a globally renowned manufacturer of inserting solutions and of the necessary pre- and post-processing for digital printers. For its part, Konica Minolta is excellently positioned as the market leader in the Czech digital printing sector.

Rainer Rindfleisch comments: "The Kern EasyMailer is an outstanding complementary downstream processing solution for digital print systems. Our track record of successful sales to digital print firms and service providers proves that this product marks a new milestone in the evolution of digitally printed mailshots. We are delighted to be entering into an exclusive cooperation with Konica Minolta on the Czech market because we have gained a strong and professional partner".
